Getting an estimate and making a service appointment was extremely easy. Did have to wait for over a week to get the car in, which in this case was not a big deal. This could be an issue if you had a repair that needed to be addressed right away. Vehicle pick-up was fast and well-coordinated. Was in and out quickly. Total repair charges ended up being less than what was originally quoted.

Stand up service. Very nice to deal with. No complaints...only negative was my loaner was 1/4 tank when I picked it up. Which is no big deal. But hopefully I didn't get charged for not bringing it back full. I filled it to 3/4.
